The Oakland office is on Telegraph, a few blocks West of College and East of Shattuck, and one block up from Alacatraz. Inside the black gate is a garden patio. Some people like to sit here, in the sun, instead of the waiting room, because of this please refrain from using your cell phone in this area. Thank you.
